The lessons begin in a colourful local market. Here, the chef will
guide you through the stands, introducing you to Peru’s culinary
world and its main products – those that are given a place on
the tables of families and top restaurants alike. Delve into the
surprising variety of textures, colours, aromas, and uses of each
ingredient, and learn about their role in our gastronomy.
After gathering all the necessary supplies, make your way to
the kitchen and get to work. Chop, grind, cut, and filet…indulge
each of your senses, and absorb every detail. In about two
hours you will have the chance to enjoy some of Peru’s most
popular dishes, like causa rellena or fish ceviche. The best part
is that each plate is made with love for you, by you.
