HOW MIGHT YOU SUMMARISE THIS YEAR FOR LIMATOURS?<br />

Jose: It’s been a great year, not just because of the results, but,<br />

also because of the processes that we’ve implemented to get<br />

them. For us, the way we achieve our results is more important<br />

than the results themselves: the processes and the complete<br />

methodology.<br />

WHAT HAS BEEN OUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT?<br />

Jose: This year we beat our annual sales and utility record. This<br />

WHAT DO YOU THINK IS LIMATOURS’ FORTITUDE,<br />

ALLOWING US TO CONTINUE AS LEADERS IN <strong>THE</strong> INDUSTRY<br />

AFTER 60 YEARS?<br />

Jose: Its people, without a doubt. And in that light, the most<br />

noteworthy thing is that each person is perfectly aware of what<br />

they need to do. Everyone is given the freedom to work, and<br />

that is truly empowering. Youth is also an important factor; if we<br />

calculate the average age of the people who work here, we can<br />

see that it is an incredibly young, dynamic, and versatile business.<br />

Our team loves their country, they love their company, and they<br />

love their jobs.<br />

<strong>THE</strong> YOUTH PROMOTES INNOVATION…<br />

Jose: One of the key factors in the business is innovation – not<br />

just when it comes to products, but also when it comes to our<br />

processes and the use of technology as a tool. Truthfully, the<br />

sky is the limit, and it is these younger people who are the most<br />

prepared to face the new challenges.<br />

SPEAKING <strong>OF</strong> TECHNOLOGY, WHAT IS OUR RELATIONSHIP<br />

WITH IT?<br />

Jose: We use Aurora, which is a strategy to guarantee our<br />

efficiency and to make sure that our clients have everything they<br />

also need to be successful. We don’t conceive technology without<br />
