Lasting 1 hour, a session begins with a simple warm-up<br />

ensuring you gently stretch your muscles and avoid any<br />

injuries, before moving onto a structure of exercises<br />

designed to lengthen, strengthen and push you to change<br />

your body shape. I was told to squeeze my ribs in and<br />

scoop my abdominals, schooled on my posture, working<br />

muscles I wasn’t even aware I owned!<br />

It was challenging, both in terms of working my muscles<br />

and also forcing myself to pay particular attention to how<br />

every inch of my person was aligned, and having Millie<br />

right their to coach me ensured I was doing it correctly.<br />

Millie is a wonderful instructor, correcting your technique<br />

and pushing you to get the most from your body. I would<br />

definitely do a class again, I would urge you to try one.<br />
