the contractor and in favor of the developer to<br />
guarantee the completion of a project<br />

<strong>Procedure</strong><br />
The following steps are to avail LC from BWT:<br />
1. Contractor/ Supplier will inform BWT of their<br />
required PG/PB. Along with this, they should<br />
provide the signed copy of pro forma invoice or<br />
SPA agreement or copy of their contract deal.<br />
2. After reviewing the information and<br />
documents given by the contractor, BWT will<br />
update them for approval or refusal of their<br />
PG/PB request.<br />

3. Once BWT approved the given documents, the<br />
contractor/supplier will sign the service agreement<br />
with us and will inform about the admin charges.<br />
4. After receipt of admin charges and the service<br />
agreement has been signed, we will request some<br />
documents needed and will inform them about<br />
the issuance fee charges to begin work on their<br />
PG/PB.<br />
5. Upon the receipt of PG/PB issuance fee charges<br />
and requested documents, BWT will provide the<br />
required PG from their Top European bank within 2<br />
days.
