The architecture of the building is represented<br />
neoclassical style which is used at the beginning of<br />
the XX century. In front of Villa's facade is figured<br />

beu, on his horse, right profile, with sword in hand.<br />
Ambiente të brëndsh<strong>me</strong><br />
PALLATI I MBRETIT “ ZOG I ”<br />
Pallati mbretëror u ndërtua në vitin 1937. Ai u projektua<br />
në kuotën më të lartë (98m) të kodrave <strong>dhe</strong> ka një<br />
pozicion mbizotërues mbi qytet <strong>dhe</strong> det. Nga ana<br />
arkitekturore përfaqëson stilin e ndërtimit (neoklasicist)<br />
i përdorur në fillim të shek. XX.<br />
Në fasadën ballore të Vilës është figura e kryetrimit<br />
shqiptar Gjergj Kastriot Skenderbeu, mbi kal, profil<br />
djathtas, <strong>me</strong> shpatë në dorë.
