TORRA VENECIANE<br />
Kulla rrethore (Torra), u ndërtua në shek. XV mbi<br />
kullën bizantine. Kjo dëshmohet nga prania e<br />
blloqeve nga rrethoja e mëparsh<strong>me</strong>, e frag<strong>me</strong>nteve<br />
arkitektonike <strong>dhe</strong> e relieveve antike. Kulla ka<br />
dia<strong>me</strong>trin 16m <strong>dhe</strong> lartësinë 9m. Në kullë hyet<br />
nëpërmjet një porte në formë harku <strong>me</strong> tulla. Kulla<br />
është e paisur <strong>me</strong> 5 frëngji <strong>dhe</strong> 3 ndarje (kthina).<br />
Peri<strong>me</strong>tri sipër mbyllet <strong>me</strong> bedena. Ambienti i<br />
brendshëm është ndërtuar <strong>me</strong> tulla në formë<br />
kupole. Ngjitja në lartësi bëhet nga brenda, <strong>me</strong><br />
shkallë të ngushta e të prjerrta.<br />
THE VENETIAN TOWER<br />
The circular tower (locally called “The Tower”), was<br />
evidenced by the presence of blocks from previous<br />
fences, and architectural frag<strong>me</strong>nts of ancient<br />
reliefs. The tower has a dia<strong>me</strong>ter of 16m and a<br />
height of 9m. You enter the tower through arched<br />
gate made of bricks. The tower is equipped with 5<br />
turrets and 3 compart<strong>me</strong>nts (alcoves). The peri<strong>me</strong>with<br />
bricks to form a do<strong>me</strong>. A staircase in stone is<br />
found within, with steep and narrow steps.
