Christmas at Blackthorpe Barn, in<br />

Rougham just outside Bury St Edmunds<br />

is in full swing with an amazing array<br />

of everything you need for this year’s<br />

festivities.<br />

The Country Christmas shop is open<br />

every day until 22nd <strong>December</strong>. There are<br />

decorations galore with amazing themes<br />

of all shapes, sizes and colours. A visit is<br />

a must for gifts for all the family and its<br />

pets, choose from traditional and nostalgic<br />

collections.<br />

Each weekend up to 16 <strong>December</strong><br />

visitors can treat themselves to the most<br />

beautiful handmade items from some of<br />

the country’s most talented crafts people.<br />

Showcasing the very best of British crafts<br />

each item is individually hand-crafted by<br />

the exhibitor themselves.<br />

For visitors wishing to unleash their own<br />

creativity, they can attend one of the craftled<br />

workshops where they can get handson<br />

at making their very own masterpieces.<br />

Choose from beautiful Christmas garlands<br />

and wreaths, kissing balls and angels.<br />

Workshops can be booked online.<br />

For those wanting the best quality tree as<br />

their main attraction this Christmas, the<br />

23 November sees the start of the famous<br />

Rougham Estate Christmas trees sales.<br />

Each tree has been carefully nurtured by<br />

Farm Manager Simon Eddell in plantations<br />

surrounding the barn. Holly, mistletoe<br />

and artisan wreaths made by Julie Reed,<br />

London trained florist are also available.<br />

Blackthorpe Barn is just three miles<br />

east of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk,<br />

off the A14 at junction 45 (Sat Nav<br />
