enjoy a variety of structured and unstructured<br />

play with our obstacle courses, floor mats and<br />

inflatable tumbling run. Other activities include<br />

“kidnastics,” stretching, mini-soccer, mini-basketball<br />

and “circle” activities. Parents should<br />

be prepared to participate with their children.<br />

Nutritional CounselINg<br />

Consult with JCC Sports & Fitness Director<br />

Patrick Scott to develop a healthy nutrition program.<br />

With a master’s degree in applied clinical<br />

nutrition, Patrick can help review and recommend<br />

specific foods to promote healthy living.<br />

improving sleep, a proper nutrition program is<br />

BALLROOM DANCE<br />

Do the Hustle Thursdays through December<br />

Who’s ready for a flashback to the <strong>19</strong>70s<br />

when glitzy clubs, big hair and disco<br />

dancing were all the rage? If this sounds<br />

like the perfect motivation to jump start<br />

your nostalgia, the<br />

adult Hustle dance<br />

class throughout<br />

November and<br />

December.<br />

The class is held<br />

on Thursdays from<br />

6:45–7:45 p.m.<br />

The cost is $5 per<br />

person each night.<br />

Pre-registration<br />

is not required.<br />

Attendees should<br />

check-in at the Fitness Center.<br />

No experience is necessary to take this<br />

class. Attendees are encouraged to wear<br />
