in Croatia with years of experience and
over 150 weddings planned on Dalmatian
coast, Croatian islands and Istria region.
Weddings in Croatia are our passion whether
it’s a luxurious 3 day event or a cozy family
get-together.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
Planning and organization
- COMMUNICATION:
» Communication (e-mail, Skype, phone etc.) during the business hours
» Wedding checklist created and maintained
» Wedding planning progress updates via e-mail
» Meetings, negotiations and coordination/communication with the vendors
on client’s behalf
» Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
» Creation of the wedding day program. Timeline planning and itinerary for the
couple, vendors and wedding officiants and masters of ceremony
» Legal wedding paperwork coordination
- VENUES AND VENDORS:
» Ceremony, reception & rehearsal/welcome/cocktail hour venue suggestion
» Venue booking and maintenance
» Vendor referrals based on style, vision and personality – catering, florals, decor,
rentals, lighting, music, food and beverages, photographer, cinematographer,
gift bags, transportation etc.
» Assistance with cocktail hour, reception dinner etc. menu selection
» Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely
manner
» Assistance with the venue and vendor visits
- PAYMENTS
» Personalized budget with the payments schedule
» Keeping track of the contracts and the payments schedule
» Making client approved wedding purchases on behalf of the client
» Paying the vendors upon agreement with the client
One day before the wedding” management and assistance
» Meeting with the couple, updates and discussion about the wedding day
timeline
» Helping delivering any client’s belongings, decor items etc. to the venues
» Visiting the ceremony and reception venues if needed

Day of the wedding management and assistance
» Coordination of the flow of events during the wedding day based on the wedding
timeline until the end of official protocol
» Venues set up: seating, decorations, flowers, wedding favours, seating plans
» Supervising vendor arrivals, deliveries, set up (photographer, florist, band,
DJ, rentals etc.)
» Guest transportation coordination to and from ceremony, cocktail and reception
» Assistance with any client’s needs during the day
Legal assistance
» Booking the wedding day / date with local registrars office
» Receiving your documents and collecting the needed documents here in Croatia,
getting them legaly translated and submitting them to the marriage office
» Arranging a court sworn interpreter for the ceremony (the ceremony is in Croatian
by law) and assistance during the obligatory meeting with the marriage
office (2-3 days before the wedding)
» Translating and mailing all the needed paperwork back to your country
PRICE
Package price and deposit information
» Price: 2.190,00 EUR + TAX = 2.737.00 EUR
» Payment schedule:
1) Deposit: 20% of the fee + TAX - upon signing the contract
2) Second instalment: 30% of the fee + TAX - 90 days prior to the wedding
3) Final payment: 50% of the fee + TAX - 10 days prior to the wedding
» Travel expenses:
- travel fees are not included in the wedding planning fee
- fees below include travel and accommodation for 2 planners:
- Hvar island: 200 EUR (plus 80 EUR if car is needed)
- Brac island: 200 EUR
- Solta island: 200 EUR
- Vis island: 250 EUR
- Rest of Croatia: 300 EUR

» Free meeting and consultation in Split
» Venue visits - 50.00 EUR per day
PRE WEDDING AND POST WEDDING DAY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
Destination weddings usually are more than just THE day. There are
usually other events and activities offered to the guests in order to create
the special atmosphere and unforgettable memories of the beautiful
time in Croatia.
» We are here to assist with the following events and activities (or let’s
discuss what you have in mind!)
» Various get together events (welcome drinks, cocktail hours etc.)
» Stag/hen parties
» Tours and excursions (boat tours, city, national park tours etc.)
» Rehearsal dinner
» Pre or post wedding breakfast, brunch, lunch
» Price: 250.00 EUR + TAX per day

Applies only to couples who want to elope (a wedding cermony without
guests).
