L.G. LOVELL INDUSTRIAL

Development of the L.G. Lovell Industrial Park began in the 1970’s and now comprises over 1,300 acres
of industrial land. The park is located south of Highway 401, and is easily accessible from three exits
along Highway 401 as well as Highway 24.
The Pinebush Industrial Subdivision – Phase 1 is part of the L.G. Lovell Industrial Park, and consists of
108 acres.
The Pinebush Industrial Subdivision - Phase 2 is comprised of 58 acres of serviced industrial land and is
the latest expansion to the L.G. Lovell Industrial Park which was completed in 2006.
Property ownership/tenants are listed on pages 41 to 50 of this booklet, and are identified by site
numbers on the following maps.
