GREEN GOLD OF BRONTE IS THE PISTACHIO.
We are from Bronte, a small village at the foot of Etna, in
the province of Catania, famous for its Pistachio.
Now we live in Modena, in the heart of Emilia Romagna.
Work and love brought us here.
But distance has ignited our passion for the flavors and
aromas of our home. But the passion is contagious and
after many dinners, many invitations, many occasions to
share the Sicilian recipes with our friends, we decided to
make the desire to make people of our land know a real
trade.
We want to make available to everyone the largest
possible number of Sicilian products, and in particular of
Bronte, made according to the traditional recipes of our
home, by skilled artisans and with the finest raw
materials.
The Pistachio of Bronte is a unique fruit. If you do not
know it, know that it is collected every two years.
It is a plant so resistant to grow on the impervious
expanses of lava flows, from which it absorbs all those
nutrients that give the fruit its unmistakable aroma, the
scent and a taste that has no equal.
We must make Arab, during their domination, the first
cultivation of this plant in Sicily where the pistachio is
called "green gold", both for its emerald color, and for the
organoleptic characteristics derived from a microclimate
unique in the world and that contribute to create an
excellent fruit both in size and flavor compared to
pistachios from other countries. The Pistachio Verde di
Bronte PDO is the star of our creations: pistachio pastries,
crunchy and soft nougats, but also sweet spreads, patés
and pesto.

We have chosen to work only with the best craft shops of Bronte because we want to make as many people as possible know the
delights of our land. We offer typical Sicilian products, particularly from Bronte, processed by expert craftsmen, according to the most
traditional recipes handed down from father to son, with the highest quality products and raw materials.
First of all, we should like us, who have been eating the best pistachio for a lifetime and are very demanding in terms of taste and
quality. If it satisfies us, then we are sure that it can satisfy even the most demanding palate of our customers and friends. We do not
produce large volumes of products, we are very attentive to quantity and freshness to guarantee the best experience and the highest
quality every time one of our products is tasted.
