<strong>Oklahoma</strong>’s most valuable crop is wheat and the state ranks fourth in the nation in wheat production. Greenhouse and nursery products are an important part of the agricultural economy with hay, cotton, soybeans, corn, pecans, grain sorghum, peanuts, peaches, oats, and watermelons as major crops.
