ChappelWood Financial Services is an
independent registered investment advisory
firm that has been built on client relationships,
reputation, and consistency. The firm
prides itself on commitment, creativity, and
responsiveness to clients, including efforts to
assist clients in cutting operating expenses
and taxes while finding the most effective
means to achieve goals.
Services include a complete analysis of
each client’s financial and insurance needs,
selection of the most suitable strategist and/
or products, and periodic reviews of each
portfolio. ChappelWood, celebrating twentyfive
years in business, emphasizes education
through seminars and their proprietary
processes. Highly respected specialists in the
field of elder law, tax and trust attorneys are
retained to serve as clients’ partners to create
solutions that meet specific needs.
“Provision of the finest products and
investment solutions with premiere and personalized
service ensures clients’ confidence
in our resources for financial advice,” says
CEO and Chief Investment Advisor Victoria
Woods. Woods knows “the open architectural
platform with aggregation capabilities is best
for our clients, mid-tier millionaires.
“Our mission is to work as a team, continuously
striving to improve our performance
in order to meet the needs of our clients,
employees, suppliers and community. We are
the leader in service and relationships.
Nobody beats our service. Nobody.”
The firm’s relationships are with custodians
available to the largest banks and warehouses;
they have access up to 2,000 researchers that
manage $4 trillion in over ninety locations
worldwide. With the best and brightest,
ChappelWood has achieved a remarkable track
record of success providing a team for consistent
monitoring. This team “sits on the same
side of the table” with the firm’s clients, creating
personalized investment policy statements.
“An investment portfolio should be based
on a complete objective understanding of
each client’s financial situation and goals,
with access to a universe of asset allocation
approaches, portfolio strategists, and investment
solutions that addresses each client’s
specific circumstances,” Woods explains.
“This is exactly what we provide.”
In 1989 the operations for ChappelWood
began in a spare bedroom in Woods’ home.
The goals were to grow strategically and
build a CFS permanent location. The 1995
bombing in Oklahoma City changed the firm’s
course to converting a bank building, which
changed again with the addition of a new
Lowe’s and Target in Edmond. These events
created the opportunity to envision and found
the Financial District of Oklahoma.
Both Woods and the company have earned
numerous honors and awards throughout the
years. ChappelWood and Woods have contributed
actively to community and charitable
causes including “Tomorrow’s Edmond,”
the 1995 White House Conference on Small
Business, and served as chairperson for the
American Heart Association.
