Mission360, a Christian-based foundation,
founded by Ross Alan Hill, began in January
2010 with headquarters in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Designed for the marketplace, it provides
services such as teaching CEO’s how to use
their business for Jesus, mentoring young
business leaders, developing growth strategies,
business plans and leadership skills
based on Christian values. Hill was introduced
to the concept on a mission trip to the
Dominican Republic in 2009.
Since that time, Hill has traveled the world,
conducting business value forums. These
forums teach ethical business standards based
upon the core values of Christianity. The
foundation also provides Christian books to
leaders as a secondary source of leadership
information. In addition, Hill has written over
1,000 blogs, which are read in 121 countries.
“I could see the need for business leaders
to use their influence for Jesus,” Hill says.
This led him to become involved in numerous
overseas mission trips at which he and other
executives speak to business leaders and hold
breakout sessions.
Believing that the marketplace provides
a huge opportunity to reach people for
Christianity, Hill has also spoken for CBMC
and traveled in Latin America, holding
forums on behalf of CBMC. He has also
traveled to Colombia and Uganda, where
the concept really took root. Hill has since
participated in value forums in Ecuador,
Guatemala, Kenya, and twice in China.
In a thirteen month period during the
development of Mission360, Hill spoke fortyseven
times on five continents and throughout
the U.S., Oklahoma City area and other
Oklahoma sites on Christ’s leadership. He has
also given away over 2,000 Christian-based
books from his executive office at Bank2. His
first book, Broken Pieces—Nothing Is Wasted,
has been warmly received and is available
through www.Amazon.com, www.B&N.com
and some local bookstores. It was released in
Spanish during July and Chinese in October
of 2014.
While speaking to about 400 business and
communist party leaders at a conference in
Beijing, China, Hill told the audience the
Christian values used in operating Bank2,
plays a large part in the success of the bank.
Bank2 was ranked the number one community
bank in the U.S. in 2009 and number
three in 2010.
Best-selling author Mark Batterson, stated
in his book, Draw the Circle, he believed he
had never encountered a businessman more
devoted than Hill to the cause of Christ. “The
bank is his pulpit, and its customers are his
congregation,” Batterson wrote, adding that
Hill “defines business as mission” and is great
at both.
