Wade moved back to Mustang
in 1988 and worked his way up
the chain of command until he
became president of All America
Bank in 2008.
Wade has served the banking
industry and his community in multiple
ways including the Banker’s
Bank Board of Directors, Mustang
Area Chamber of Commerce,
Oklahoma Heritage Association,
United Methodist Church of the
Good Shepherd Finance and
Endowment Committees, and as
director of the Oklahoma Rotarians
Task Force. Wade was the director
and treasurer of the Rotary District
5750 Foundation, Inc., which was
set up for the sole purpose of raising
money to replace the YMCA and
Federal Daycare Centers following
the Oklahoma City bombing on
April 19, 1995. The foundation
raised over $150,000 for new YMCA Daycare
facilities, then revised their goals and raised
over $140,000 for tornado victims.
Shawn was born on July 30, 1961. She
graduated from Mustang High School in
1979 and attended the University of
Oklahoma where she earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in
1983. Shawn worked from 1984 until 2008
for British Petroleum, Park Avenue
Exploration, Crosstimbers Oil Company
(XTO), and Pinnacle Energy Services, Inc.
Shawn joined All America Bank in 2008 as a
project manager developing 100 percent
Internet banking divisions for All America
Bank, Bank of the Wichitas and Southwest
State Bank. Her title is vice president of
special projects, which includes websites,
marketing, legal matters, oil and gas,
remodeling, landscaping, and whatever else
needs to be done.
Currently All America Bank, Bank of the
Wichitas, and Southwest State Bank have
total capital of $11.5M, $10.5M, and
$9.5M and total deposits of $118M, $114M,
$87M, respectively.
