Wade moved back to Mustang<br />

in 1988 and worked his way up<br />

the chain of command until he<br />

became president of All America<br />

Bank in 2008.<br />

Wade has served the banking<br />

industry and his community in multiple<br />

ways including the Banker’s<br />

Bank Board of Directors, Mustang<br />

Area Chamber of Commerce,<br />

<strong>Oklahoma</strong> <strong>Her</strong>itage Association,<br />

United Methodist Church of the<br />

Good Shepherd Finance and<br />

Endowment Committees, and as<br />

director of the <strong>Oklahoma</strong> Rotarians<br />

Task Force. Wade was the director<br />

and treasurer of the Rotary District<br />

5750 Foundation, Inc., which was<br />

set up for the sole purpose of raising<br />

money to replace the YMCA and<br />

Federal Daycare Centers following<br />

the <strong>Oklahoma</strong> City bombing on<br />

April 19, 1995. The foundation<br />

raised over $150,000 for new YMCA Daycare<br />

facilities, then revised their goals and raised<br />

over $140,000 for tornado victims.<br />

Shawn was born on July 30, 1961. She<br />

graduated from Mustang High School in<br />

1979 and attended the University of<br />

<strong>Oklahoma</strong> where she earned a Bachelor of<br />

Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in<br />

1983. Shawn worked from 1984 until 2008<br />

for British Petroleum, Park Avenue<br />

Exploration, Crosstimbers Oil Company<br />

(XTO), and Pinnacle Energy Services, Inc.<br />

Shawn joined All America Bank in 2008 as a<br />

project manager developing 100 percent<br />

Internet banking divisions for All America<br />

Bank, Bank of the Wichitas and Southwest<br />

State Bank. <strong>Her</strong> title is vice president of<br />

special projects, which includes websites,<br />

marketing, legal matters, oil and gas,<br />

remodeling, landscaping, and whatever else<br />

needs to be done.<br />

Currently All America Bank, Bank of the<br />

Wichitas, and Southwest State Bank have<br />

total capital of $11.5M, $10.5M, and<br />

$9.5M and total deposits of $118M, $114M,<br />

$87M, respectively.<br />
