STAFF PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT POLICY<br />
<strong>Staff</strong> <strong>discount</strong> is available for employees <strong>and</strong> their immediate family NOT for friends.<br />
Immediate family means Parents, Gr<strong>and</strong>parents, Brothers/Sisters, Partners <strong>and</strong> Children.<br />
Anything they <strong>purchase</strong> comes out of your allowance.<br />
<strong>Staff</strong> <strong>discount</strong> is available to all employees from date of joining.<br />
The total value of all <strong>discount</strong>ed products <strong>purchase</strong>d in any one calendar year is limited<br />
to £2500 after <strong>discount</strong>. If you go over this amount, you may be asked to repay the<br />
difference. Where required, the Company reserves the right to make deductions from<br />
salary of any overtaken staff <strong>discount</strong> allowance. The annual allowance for staff<br />
<strong>purchase</strong>s with <strong>discount</strong> is applied from Jan 1 st to Dec 31 st<br />
Goods <strong>purchase</strong>d must be for personal use. For instance, goods <strong>purchase</strong>d on behalf of<br />
golf clubs for prizes is not permitted, nor is purchasing goods to benefit third party<br />
businesses.<br />
Colleagues are prohibited from purchasing goods directly from our suppliers.<br />
All colleagues wishing to take advantage of the staff <strong>purchase</strong> scheme must first register<br />
for an american golf ‘Clubcard’. The Clubcard allows a proper record of all the<br />
transactions you make.<br />
Your Clubcard must be used for all of your <strong>purchase</strong>s, irrespective of whom the recipient<br />
is, the value of the goods or whether you receive staff <strong>discount</strong> or not for the <strong>purchase</strong>.
STAFF PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT POLICY<br />
Items bought with staff <strong>discount</strong> are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction warranty<br />
return. It is your responsibility to ensure that you <strong>purchase</strong> the correct product, first time.<br />
In regards to faulty products, you are entitled to the same refund/exchange <strong>policy</strong> as<br />
customers.<br />
Any clubs traded in by colleagues will be valued at the cost price, dictated by the<br />
Company`s cost pricing at the time of trade-in. Any clubs <strong>purchase</strong>d at staff <strong>purchase</strong><br />
rates will not be entitled to be traded back in with the Company at an enhanced value at a<br />
later date. <strong>Staff</strong> <strong>discount</strong> cannot be used when using trade-in to <strong>purchase</strong> new equipment.<br />
<strong>Staff</strong> <strong>discount</strong> cannot be used in conjunction with ‘Price Match’. If you elect to use ‘Price<br />
Match’, staff <strong>discount</strong> does not apply <strong>and</strong> must not be processed as part of the sale.<br />
When using ‘Price Match’, a screenshot of the competitor pricing must be obtained by<br />
the Store Manager <strong>and</strong> retained for future reference prior to the <strong>purchase</strong> being<br />
processed.<br />
Promotional offers may NOT be combined with staff <strong>discount</strong> <strong>purchase</strong>s. e.g. a driver<br />
offer with a free fairway wood cannot be processed with staff <strong>discount</strong>. You are not<br />
allowed 3 for 2 promotions when using staff <strong>discount</strong>. You choose which ever offer is<br />
best for you.<br />

STAFF PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT POLICY<br />
Vouchers of any type cannot be used against any transaction with staff <strong>discount</strong>. <strong>Staff</strong> are<br />
not allowed to buy any demo product <strong>and</strong> are not allowed to <strong>purchase</strong> vouchers/gift cards<br />
without prior permission of a Compliance Manager.<br />
Any Prizes, Samples or Gifts obtained through the Company or through the Company’s<br />
trading partners must not be exchanged or sold on, for the lifetime of the goods.<br />
All sale transactions for colleagues MUST be processed by the Manager or Deputy on<br />
his/her number, whether staff <strong>discount</strong> is applied or not. Managers must go to their<br />
RM/Compliance Manager for authorisation for any sales.<br />
All items must be paid for in full & a receipt issued, prior to removing the goods from<br />
store.<br />
The employee must be present at the time of the transaction. All refunds/exchanges for<br />
staff members MUST be processed by the Manager <strong>and</strong> at the price originally paid <strong>and</strong><br />
the goods returned to store at the same time. Store Managers must have all refunds<br />
authorised by the RM/Compliance Manager by e-mail.<br />
Colleagues from the Retail Support Centre/Other branches should call ahead <strong>and</strong> e-mail<br />
their chosen store with the products they wish to <strong>purchase</strong> <strong>and</strong> use their own staff ID to<br />
make the <strong>purchase</strong>.<br />
Products <strong>purchase</strong>d with staff <strong>discount</strong> cannot be sold on in any way for a period of<br />
twelve months. This includes but is not limited to, private sales, e-bay, Gumtree or any<br />
other 3rd party platform
STAFF PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT POLICY<br />
Colleagues may not sell products <strong>purchase</strong>d from American Golf for personal financial<br />
gain (regardless of whether staff <strong>discount</strong> was used to <strong>purchase</strong> the products or not).<br />
Colleagues should be aware that american golf, will provide employee personal data<br />
(specifically home postcode) to a selected third-party Company for the purpose of<br />
monitoring online sales of golf equipment from addresses at that location. This is in order<br />
to protect business interests; this information is not shared with any further external<br />
party.
