Hilton Leeds City has recently launched a<br />
new concept called Meetings Simplified, which<br />
includes free flowing food all day, along with<br />
free WiFi, a 24-hour cancellation policy, no<br />
pre-payment and no complex contracts.<br />
In the foyer of the dedicated 4th floor meeting<br />
and conference space, the food and beverage<br />
team will set out a large hydration station with<br />
hot tea and coffee, iced tea, fruit infused water,<br />
juices and more. A fresh selection of snacks will<br />
be brought out in the morning and afternoon,<br />
along with a delicious selection of individual<br />
sized hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, tarts,<br />
quiches, fruit and desserts in the middle of the<br />
day for lunch.<br />
Nichola and her team really enjoy the new<br />
meeting concept as they’re able to ensure<br />
that delegates can always find something to<br />
eat and drink, no matter what time the meeting<br />
starts or stops. She explains:<br />
“The new food and drink experience has been<br />
embraced by conference organisers. Lunch<br />
happens more quickly now, ensuring that<br />
everyone stays on schedule and they have<br />
much more flexibility with their day. You’ll find<br />
