start a dinner event with a drinks reception in<br />
the foyer featuring a glass of bubbly for guests<br />
or even an exquisite hand-crafted cocktail.<br />
Timing is everything, so the food and beverage<br />
team will gently guide guests to their seats to<br />
ensure that the event stays on schedule. With<br />
space for up to 250 banquet guests, a large<br />
team will be deployed to serve dinner so that<br />
everyone’s food is brought to the table within a<br />
short period of time.<br />
On nights like this, Nichola likens her role to<br />
directing a performance!<br />
“Watching the team slip quietly into the full<br />
room with such a concerted effort, circling the<br />
tables and serving the guests is almost magical!<br />
They quickly glide back to the kitchen for<br />
another round of plates with no one interrupting<br />
each other’s flow, as if they were all seemingly<br />
following their own invisible trail on the floor.”<br />
She proudly explained.<br />
Many days, food service is all about creating a<br />
convenient experience with great tastes that<br />
wow the meeting and conference delegates.<br />
The kitchen team gets credit for the delicious<br />
creations, which fall under guilty pleasures,<br />
free from, super foods or hydration dishes.<br />
