The air is cooling, but we're still on the move!<br />
Be sure to mark your calendars for a fun seasonal line-up of family friendly<br />
special events like Trunk or Treat and Santa's Workshop. Popular monthly<br />
activities will be running as well, such as Family Skate Night and A Toast to<br />
Art. Looking to stay active and fit? Go for a swim in Elko's heated indoor Pool<br />
or sign up for a few rounds of Pickleball.<br />
Weather permitting, we will see the Elko SnoBowl in full-swing this season,<br />
welcoming skiers and snowboarders of all ages and experience to enjoy<br />
some weekend fun on the slopes together.<br />

PARK RESERVATIONS<br />
With ten parks in the City of Elko, we offer various locations to reserve<br />
for the perfect family gathering, corporate party, or special event. Park<br />
reservations can be made online at www.elkocity.com or in-person at<br />
723 Railroad Street, Elko.<br />
General Park Hours: 6:00-11:00 pm<br />
Park Reservation Fees: $50-$150 daily (Dependent upon location)<br />
PARK RESERVATION<br />
REQUIREMENTS & RULES<br />
AIR JUMPERS<br />
1. Reservations must be made at<br />
least 48 hours in advance.<br />
2. Fees must be paid in full when<br />
placing reservation.<br />
3. Cancellations must be made at<br />
least 5 days in advance.<br />
4. Reserving party will be<br />
responsible for any damages<br />
incurred during site use.<br />
5. No electricity or water is made<br />
available during park use.<br />
6. No glass containers are<br />
permitted on park grounds.<br />
7. No unauthorized vehicles are<br />
permitted on park grass.<br />
8. Keep noise at a respectful level.<br />
9. Pets must remain on a leash and<br />
pet waste disposed of.<br />
10. No camping is permitted unless<br />
pre-authorized by City Council.<br />
Air Jumpers are only permitted if<br />
the company selected has a City<br />
business license on file with the City<br />

TRUNK OR TREAT<br />
Come take a spooky walk through a maze of decorated trunks, stop by our photo<br />
booth, and play a carnival game or two. Once you’ve finished with Trunk or Treating,<br />
walk on over to the City Swimming Pool to enjoy the Pumpkin Bob event.<br />
Interested in entering your own trunk? Contact the Rec office. Participants must<br />
decorate their vehicle and should be well stocked with giveaways, promotional items,<br />
and LOTS of candy. We welcome all businesses, church groups, families, and other<br />
organizations to participate. Trunk judging will take place at 7:00 pm with awards<br />
given for Best Decorated Trunk and People’s Choice.<br />

The SnoBowl Junior Ski & Snowboard Program consists of five two-hour lessons for<br />
ages 6-16. Lessons are for those with no experience as well as those that have some<br />
ski or board experience, but are looking for some new tips and techniques. The<br />
SnoBowl Ski & Snowboard Program specializes in making learning to ski or board<br />
a fun and safe experience, helping your child develop the skills required to enjoy a<br />
lifetime of winter fun on the slopes.<br />

Spend time together during the busy holiday<br />
season by creating a family gingerbread<br />

Dec 14, during "A Visit with Santa."<br />
