Welcome to the October/November
edition of The Village Voice.
Through editing this magazine, I’ve really
been enjoying getting to know much
more about our local groups and
charities. The people involved are truly
inspiring.
The other key aim of the magazine is to
support local trades people and
businesses. We have a wealth of
expertise and experience on our
doorstep. I’m so encouraged to always
look locally, as I hope you do as well.
Did you find time to visit some of the
artists exhibiting the recent Hampshire
Open Studios? Shaun Steven’s work is a
real treat for the magazine front cover,
and is entitled, “Walk the Dog”. If you
didn’t see her work at Keyhaven, Shaun
exhibits at the Hurst Marine shop and
also Handmade New Forest in Lymington.
