LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO<br />
Dear Friends of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League:<br />
Thank you for making The <strong>Pub</strong>licity <strong>Hound</strong> a 44 year<br />
tradition in our community! It’s truly a celebration of<br />
the love we all have for our animals. To me, it’s also<br />
symbolic of your caring and compassionate support of<br />
animals in need.<br />
In fact, many of the photos in these pages feature<br />
animals adopted at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue<br />
League – including Minnie, pictured with me, the<br />
newest member of the Anderson family!<br />
Minnie is one of the more than 5,000 dogs, cats,<br />
puppies and kittens you have helped save this<br />
past year through your generosity. Like each and<br />
every one of them, you helped give Minnie the<br />
second chance she needed and the new, loving<br />
home she deserved.<br />
Thanks to friends like you, Peggy Adams Animal<br />
Rescue League is making a difference in the lives of<br />
more and more animals each year. This past year,<br />
the number of animals benefiting from our programs<br />
and services exceeded 50,000 (compared to 17,500<br />
in 2011).<br />
And as you see on the cover (and on pages 4-5),<br />
we are making plans for an exciting expansion at<br />
Peggy Adams that will allow us to save thousands<br />
of additional lives annually and serve as an even<br />
greater resource for the animals and people of<br />
our community. Together, we will make this dream<br />
a reality.<br />
