LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CEO Dear Friends of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League: Thank you for making The Publicity Hound a 44 year tradition in our community! It’s truly a celebration of the love we all have for our animals. To me, it’s also symbolic of your caring and compassionate support of animals in need. In fact, many of the photos in these pages feature animals adopted at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League – including Minnie, pictured with me, the newest member of the Anderson family! Minnie is one of the more than 5,000 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens you have helped save this past year through your generosity. Like each and every one of them, you helped give Minnie the second chance she needed and the new, loving home she deserved. Thanks to friends like you, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is making a difference in the lives of more and more animals each year. This past year, the number of animals benefiting from our programs and services exceeded 50,000 (compared to 17,500 in 2011). And as you see on the cover (and on pages 4-5), we are making plans for an exciting expansion at Peggy Adams that will allow us to save thousands of additional lives annually and serve as an even greater resource for the animals and people of our community. Together, we will make this dream a reality. Thank you for making all that we do possible at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League!
