About the Society We formed in 1982 for the mutual support and encouragement of fellow artists, through discussion, workshops, demonstrations and other activities. Membership is open to artists of all ages, styles and abilities. Our artists have opportunities to exhibit and sell their work at exhibitions held throughout the year - often in collaboration with other organisations. Interested members can paint together in cooler months at the hall and at lake Wendouree in warmer weather. We meet on the 1st Saturday of the month at 10:30am at Brown hill Uniting Church Hall. Humffray Street North, ballarat. The newsletter is distributed to members each month.
