James, Sr., also began one of the most difficult processes for an entrepreneur—the transition of leadership. The first generation Doherty became CEO and named his son, James R. Doherty, III, president of Weber Display & Packaging, supported by vice presidents Robert Doherty and James Zambon. With the addition of Robert’s son, Kevin, and Zambon’s son, J.
