PLAYING TO OUR STRENGTHS
IN THE NEW YEAR
Each of us has a natural reservoir of strengths within us; like the muscles in our bodies,
some are innately strong, others need conscious work. As we enter into the new year together,
which strengths do you want to play up? What are the qualities that you would
like to “dial up” in order to live a happier, easier, and more meaningful life?
HOPE
Living with a sense of optimism;
looking toward the future with positivity;
believing things will be better.
LOVE OF LEARNING
yearning to know more
about situations and people, looking
beyond your own world
