Well hello there! I’m back with my monthly column… OK, so firstly a reminder
about me. I’m Zena (Zee for short), I’m 45, a mother and a grandmother.
It’s been non-stop for me this month!
I’ve been busy writing my
‘Pro Age’ interviews over
on the blog.
It’s had such a positive
response from all the
women I’ve asked. So an
enormous thank you to
you all!
Following on form last
months article, I’m giving
my advice my favourite
places to visit for the best
skin and body treatments in
the local area.
This month, I visited the wonderful
Heritage and Wellbeing Centre in Bury
St Edmunds.
On the cusp of its 2 nd Birthday, I spoke
to owners Lisa and Rebecca about how
they have just been voted the
No 1 spa on trip advisor in
Suffolk, as well as having a 5
Bubble Spa rating - all very
exciting.
Situated in serene parkland
the Spa offers a wide
range of treatments and
packages.
I honestly didn’t want
to leave. You can

blog. My skin felt beyond amazing.
Back to fashion… I’ve always had a huge
thing for leopard print.
