MASAH ACTIVITIES<br />

<strong>Masah</strong> Specialized Construction established in 2005 has a proven<br />

track record in successfully implementing projects in Civil and MEP<br />

works. <strong>Masah</strong> will perform total turnkey contracts or acts as<br />

subcontractors to ‘Class A’ contractor. All the major building<br />

components are performed by <strong>Masah</strong> personnel and special packages<br />

such as Aluminum work, Conveying Systems, Doors, BMS and<br />

Equipment’s are sublet to other reputable companies.<br />

<strong>Masah</strong> Electro Mechanical division provides support services to<br />

construction division and executed numerous projects of varying<br />

complexity ranging for residential, commercial and specialized<br />

buildings such as hospitals, malls etc.<br />

Our Electro Mechanical department executed many projects with<br />

strict HS and QA/QC procedure and to different international<br />

standards and SASO standards.<br />

(E.g. ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC, NFPA, BS, ANSI, LPI, UBC,<br />

EIA, IEE, IEEE, DIN, HTM, NHS model engineering specification.)<br />

The major disciplines that our Electro Mechanical division deals are<br />

the followings.<br />

MECHANICAL: Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Exhaust, Boilers,<br />

BMS Compressed Air Vacuum system etc.<br />
