With several really clear case studies and examples, it shows the Gallup approach on focussing on the strengths of others to build their competency. In so doing it will provide the leader with the context for why trusting others and therefore delegating is so important. Posner ISBN-10: 1119278961 ISBN-13: 978-1119278962 This is a great book on leadership and contains an absolute wealth of great material on the topic.
