Approachability Approachability is how easy it is for others to come and talk to you. It is the ability to put people at ease quickly, so they feel trusted and welcome. It includes an ability to listen and engage with others that are based on equality and openness, where you give time to the other person. The contrary is someone who always seems too busy with their own work, leaders who are not prepared to give their time to help others and make sure people know it.
