The company is one of the main fancy fast fashion fabric suppliers and manufacturers of internationally reputable chain stores. The current capacity of Kotonteks is more than 10 million meters per year in yarn-dyed and plain dyed woven dobby and jacquard fabrics. Kotonteks has two production plants of more than 20.000 square metres in Bursa Demirtas Industrial Region using the last technology machinery. Produced fabric qualities are made up of mostly cotton, viscose, micro filament polyester, linen, polyamide, metalized fibres, stretch elastane yarns and their blends. Fast fashion brands such as Zara, Gerry Weber, La Redoute, Camaieu, Benetton, Ann Taylor, Next, Marks & Spencer have entrusted Kotonteks for years. Actuellement, la capacité annuelle de Kotonteks est de plus de 10 millions de mètres d’armure ratière et de jacquard unis et en tissé-teint. Dans la région industrielle de Bursa Demirtas, sur plus de 20 000 m², Kotonteks dispose de deux sites de production utilisant des machines à la pointe de la technologie. Les tissus fabriqués sont en coton, viscose, microfilaments polyester, lin, polyamide, fibres métallisées ou fils d’élasthanne extensibles majoritaires ou en mélanges. With humble beginnings, the company has grown today to one of the largest textile processing units in Pakistan. Its production capacity is of seven million meters of fabric per month. The whole production is exported directly and indirectly to customers which include vendors of internationally recognized brands, departmental stores and mail order firms. Liberty Mills is an ISO 9001-2008, OCS 100/OCS Blended Standards, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and SA 8000-2008 certified company. Liberty Mills’ product range goes from different weave in 100% cotton, cotton/spandex, cotton/polyester/spandex and other blends.
