In 2006 we launched Barrelproof Boutique and shortly thereafter expanded with speakeasy
bar, Dr. Rotterdam. Ever since we are seeking to find innovative ways to share the
complete cocktail experience through the boutique and bar for every guest or patient
that walks through our doors.
Barrelproof boutique offers a wide range of exclusive products, which vary from liquors
to cocktail tools and even glassware. Because the boutique’s assortment is so extensive,
consumers have the opportunity to take the cocktail experience home and build their own
favorite drink with everything we provide.
We all strive for the same goal and that is sharing our knowledge, love and passion for
cocktails and everything that goes with it.
We have experimented with different themes and expressions so that we can cater to
everyone’s needs and give an event a personal and authentic touch. From exciting mixers,
aperitifs, exclusive tailor-made cocktails and even non-alcoholic cocktails. There is something
for everyone.
