This unique 3 Amp Timer Socket with photocell turns all lights connected ‘On’ at dusk<br />
and then ‘Off’ when dark, but at a time suited to you (e.g midnight). Simply set the<br />
timer to come on between a daylight hour and off when required. The socket will not<br />
become live until the photocell activates at dusk and will be switched off by the timer.<br />
External Photocells & PIR Sensors<br />
Photocells switch lights on when dark and off again when light (dawn). Benefits<br />
include the automated function, while increasing security. PIRs have the same<br />
benefits, but don’t remain on all night. When movement is detected within range, the<br />
sensor is triggered, switching lights on for a set period of time, and then off again.<br />
