Form Factors:
We offer a variety of form factors to suit the market’s needs:
Belt-drive counter-top:
Power is transferred to the knive through a belt system. The bowl and the motor is side-by-side.
Direct-drive counter-top:
Power is transfered directly to the knives. There is no belt to wear-out and replace.
Direct-drive standing and tilting:
Power is transfered directly to the knives. The product can be removed easily by tilting the machine.
Key tecnologies:
Inverter Tecnology: Marked by our trademark logo Inverterinside, these models include a frequency inverter
inside to protect your machine against overload, misuse, overheating, grid problems and more.
Variable speed : You can change the revolution speed of the knive from slow to fast speeds. You can set the speed
without any steps. We use inverter drives coupled with industrial asynchronous motors. You can decide which speed
you want to work at and change the speed during procssing constantly.
Direct drive : The motor movement is transferred to the knive directly. There are no belts or other transmission in
between. This offers significant reliability and lower noise levels. There are no belts to replace over time, and the risk
of a sudden failure.
High liquid capacity : The liquid filling capacity of our cutters is not limited to the height of the bowl necks. The
patented system allows full utilization of the bowl capacity in all models. This is especially helpful when processing
low-viscosity products like soups or smoothies.
