today announced that <strong>Santander</strong> <strong>Consumer</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Poland</strong> has selected <strong>GMC</strong> Inspire for<br />

Comprehensive Document Management Outsourcing. The bank will be using <strong>GMC</strong>’s customer<br />

communication management (CCM) platform, <strong>GMC</strong> Inspire, for end-to-end document management<br />

and the processes involved in document composition.<br />

<strong>Santander</strong> <strong>Consumer</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> in Wroclaw is one of the leaders in the consumer finance market in<br />

<strong>Poland</strong>. It offers customers a wide range of products including new and used car loans, cash loans,<br />

credit cards, durables and deposits. Products are distributed throughout a network of 240 branches,<br />

19,000 shops and 1,200 new and used car dealers. <strong>Santander</strong> <strong>Consumer</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> is a part of <strong>Santander</strong><br />

<strong>Consumer</strong> Finance, the consumer finance division of Banco <strong>Santander</strong>.<br />

return on the newly established outsourcing of the entire business process, both in terms of document<br />

management as well as the quality of customer communication. The cooperation with <strong>GMC</strong> includes<br />

the management of the entire document composition process, handling diverse data streams and data<br />

processing across the mandated external printing services.<br />
