Mit Anfang Zwanzig gehören Sie zu den jüngsten Galeristen,
woher kam die Idee? In München mögen und
machen viele Leute Kunst. Doch sobald die Kreativität auf
Kritik stößt, ist es auch meist schon wieder vorbei. Mit eigenen
Kunstprojekten sind wir gegen und letztendlich auch
durch Wände gerannt und haben angefangen, eine Plattform
für Kunst zu erschaffen und das direkt vom Künstler. Welchen
Kunststil vertreten Sie? Wir haben keine bevorzugten
Techniken oder Medien. Was uns fern liegt, sind rein
formalästhetische Darstellungen. Man sollte merken, dass
der Künstler ein denkendes Wesen ist. Als sehr reizvolles
Instrument hat sich die Videokunst für uns herausgestellt, da
wir dadurch Kunst ins Nachtleben bringen können. Welche
Projekte stehen an? Nach drei Monaten Hinterhofgalerie,
einer Ausstellung im Stadtmuseum und mehreren Veranstaltungen,
steht als nächstes großes Projekt die Munich
Contempo mit Vernissage am 19. Oktober vor der Tür. Nach
zahlreichen eigenen Ausstellungen, ist es das erste Mal, dass
wir, mit verschiedenen Künstlern, auf den Kunstmarkt treffen
und darauf sind wir gespannt. Wo findet man sie? Munich
contempo promising land, Platz 7. In your early twenties
you belong to the young gallery owners, where came
the idea from? Especially in Munich there are numerous
young people, who are into art, as much as they enjoy fine
art. But as soon as anybody critizeses their creativity, their
practice often comes to a halt. Downstairs gallery evolved
due to several reasons, that we went through walls in order
to start anew Fine Art Platform, created and managed by the
artists themselves. What style of art do you represent?
We do not prefer any special techniques or media. We just
avoid formalistic depiction. You should realise that the artist
is a thinking human being. Furthermore video installations
proofed to be avery appealing instrument for us, because
it provides exciting possibilities to link fine art with nightlife
and clubbing. What are your projects in the future?
After three months in a courtyard gallery, an exibition for one
month in Munich‘s „Stadtmuseum“ and several events, we
are now looking forward to showing our work at the Munich
Contempo with avernissage at the 19th of October. For the
first time our collection of art work meets the local fine art
and we are more than excited to see how it goes. Where can
