young female entrepreneurs
who want to fly high? The most
important thing is to believe in the
things you are planning. You have
to spend all energy you can to
realize your aims combined with
the heart. “Management with the
heart“ – that is what I try to do
and I would suggest everyone.
Things are looking good especially
for young women who want to
take over responsibility. What is
so special about your world
famous Ladies Lunch which
takes place every year at the
Oktoberfest? I pursue a special
objective with my Ladies Lunch: It
started with a small Lunch aiming friends; this is the spirit
Iwanted to create and Ihavemaintained over the last 20
years. It is also very special that in the meantime all of
us are motivated to help the children of the world who
are lacking happiness with my Regine Sixt Children’sAid
Foundation “Drying Little Tears”.
Today, around 1000 elite women
come to Munich from all over the
world in order to hold hands and
support my idea. How do you
build up and maintain your
network of more than 600 elite
ladies? The most important
thing is that I have a personal
relationship to most of them. I
have fostered these relationships
for decades and I know that we
can go through thick and thin
even in hard times. The Regine
Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation
„Drying Little Tears“ dedicates
itself to… those who cannot help
themselves by own means. We
support numerous projects worldwide, in 105 countries –
everywhere you can find SIXT stations. This is our way to
show responsibility.And especially we who have children
on our own see the sorrow and needs of the children and
fulfil our responsibilities.
