CONDO UNIT INTERIOR Typology: Residential Location: Manila, Philippines Company: Freelance project Year: 2018 Role: Interior design, 3d modeling & visualization. With only 28 sq. meters, this condominium unit may be small but it has a big style impact. The interior design of this modern unit captures a great contemporary loft quality. Open plan, neutral color scheme with bold, dark color accents, and textures. The oversized lamp beside the couch create great focal point, while the pendant lamp in the kitchen helps to define the area of this open plan well. In the kitchen, most of the appliances are built in for a streamlined look. Overall, the apartment has an industrial flair and remains modern and cozy. Top: Day scene Rendering.
