AN NAEEM VILLA Typology: Residential Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Company: UTD Binayat Year: 2017 Role: Interior & Architectural design, 3d modeling & visualization. top(from left to right): Kitchen, Foyer area. mid: Powder room, Lobby area. bottom (from left): Saloon / Living aera. The intention was to create a simple classcal design for the residence, while allowing important events and colourful memories to punctuate the space with new life and sensations each time. I adopted a combination of simple forms along with ornamentation enrichments to create a more elegant yet lighter feel to the house. In addition, I also opted for a bright neutral coloured walls to portrait a physical and psychological cooling effect as it is effective for hot coastal regions.
