The fi ve North Sea countries in The North Sea Competence Network<br />
for <strong>Offshore</strong> Wind Energy - POWER - namely Denmark, Germany,<br />
the UK, Holland and Belgium, represent 95 percentage of the total<br />
energy produced by offshore wind parks worldwide.<br />
