‘disastrous!’ bye John chan is an older childrens<br />
book that will describe all sorts of natural <strong>and</strong><br />
human-created disasters, from shipwrecks too<br />
volcanoes. Any child with an intrest in science<br />
<strong>and</strong> technology wood enjoy this book.<br />
The text is easy to read <strong>and</strong> will contain lists of<br />
little-known facts <strong>and</strong> quotes from reel eyewitnesses.<br />
The photographs <strong>and</strong> illustrations are brite <strong>and</strong><br />
interesting but sometimes they are a bit two<br />
violent four the target age group of the book. Chans<br />
book also will leave out some of the more well-known<br />
disasters, like the sincking of the ‘titanic’ <strong>and</strong> the black<br />
Death. But the disasters he will include have been<br />
well-researched <strong>and</strong> make facinating reading.<br />
