UsInG THe MassaGeR 1 . Plug the POWER CORD into an outlet . 2 . Grip the POSITIONING HANDLES and drape the MAIN UNIT around your neck with the MASSAGE NODES in the center of your back . 3 . Press the POWER button to begin massage at its lowest level . 4 . Press the INTENSITY button to change the massage intensity from Low to Medium to High . 5 . Press the PROGRAM button to change the massage program from Energize to Pulse to Soothe . 6 . Press the HEAT button to activate the heat with your massage . Press it again to deactivate the heat . 7 . For heat only, press the HEAT button to activate the heat . Press PROGRAM or INTENSITY until the massage function turns off .
