Yallingup, in Western Australia’s beautiful south-west,
is a unique, back to basics holiday home. Nestled
in the beautiful Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park,
overlooking the magnificent Indian Ocean, it truly is

It really is the perfect spot to spend time away with a
loved one or to re-connect with your family unit. As you

Cosy in winter, cool in summer, it’s just a stone’s throw
from a pristine surfing beach we will respectfully leave
unnamed other than to say it is an absolute cracker.
The shack is completely open plan and can sleep up
to six guests. It is divided into three main sections
– living, sleeping and bathroom. The property has
an expansive deck and barbeque setup overlooking
bushland and the sea. You can even drop the kit and
enjoy an outdoor shower whilst you take in views over
Cape Clairault and possibly see migrating whales
frolicking offshore.
Best of all, the property presents absolute peace and
tranquility with the chance to escape from the constant
distraction of technology – no TV, no wifi, only a small
stereo and a few board games to speak of.
If ever you feel the need to wander beyond the waves
and the shack, there is an endless array of things to do
in the Geographe Bay and Margaret River region from
visiting acclaimed wineries, breweries and eateries to
walking the famed Cape to Cape Walking Track. It is a
nature lovers delight with a myriad of flaura and fauna.
The Injidup Surf Shack in many ways is like the Tardis.
You get the chance to travel back through time to
when life was a lot simpler and things progressed at a
much more relaxing pace. It is an absolute ripper and
who doesn’t want to roll like Dr Who?
