holiday destinations, permanent residences or
mere feats of architecture and ingenuity, they are
often monuments to self-expression - a reflection
of the owner’s own personality. Some are familiar,
others exotic, some are quite basic and others
offer respite from the busy lives we lead, offering a
chance to escape and step back in time to when
life was a lot simpler.
That is indeed the true beauty and tranquillity
of surfing. It presents us with a chance for
contemplation, to pause and reflect upon our
life and visualise the future. Surf shacks offer up
an extension of our time spent surfing, a further
avenue to feed our soul with good vibes.
