insight into ways he can help address the needs of the
many Delawareans in vulnerable positions with whom he
and his staff will interact each day.”
Testimonials
"It's no surprise why Sam Pratcher was chosen to fill the
seat of Sheriff in New Castle County.
Sam's experience and leadership alone in New Castle
County as a Law Enforcement Professional sets him
apart as the top choice in Delaware to continue his role
as New Castle County Sheriff.
Words like confidence, integrity and professionalism
come to mind in describing Sam who I trust will
continue to proudly serve in his role as New Castle
County Sheriff.”
- Michael Lawson
