From our early beginnings on, acoustics have
always been a driving force when developing
or considering new products. A well balanced
room with a perfect acoustical level is a key factor
to the performance and wellbeing of workers
all over the world and therefore our logical main
concern. For BuzziSpace, acoustics is more than
just a generic word. It’s our way of caring for
workers and contributing to a pleasant working
environment by balancing any given space with
the recommended reverberation time and enhancing
the speech intelligibility.

CONTINUOUS TESTING:
All acoustic products of BuzziSpace are tested in an accredited
test laboratory, Peutz Consult GmbH, to determine the absorption
performance following the reverberation room method.
ACOUSTIC ICONS:
Absorption
Sound is energy and in order to stop this energy
from propagating, absorptive panels
will be used to convert this energy into heat

— When decorating a space, we often think of only the most
visible items: tables, chairs and curtains. But what we do not
see—the acoustics of the room—is too often forgotten. The RT60
app, developed by BuzziSpace, measures the reverberation time
in each room and suggests products to improve sound quality.
With the simulation tool, you can see the acoustical impact of
products in your room.
BuzziSpace released an update in June 2016. The new app has
an fresh look and feel, in addition to an improved and updated
catalog.

with storage space large enough for personal items.

Wall mounted or ceiling pendant acoustic panel
BuzziBlox is a group of acoustic panels with different depths,
developed to tune a room in the speech spectrum range and
especially in the low and mid frequencies.
By using alternating depths, the absorption of the different
wavelengths into the thick layers of foam will be improved
again. This diffusion effect will give the room a more
pleasant sound experience. When placed against a wall, the
Blox rather has the appearance of a piece of art while fully
maintaining its initial purpose: to control and monitor the
sound in any given room.

A playful space divider in BuzziFelt
To divide a space and create some privacy, BuzziFalls is a
playful variation in our acoustic solutions range. These strips
are made out of BuzziFelt with cut out shapes in various
patterns from organics to geometrics to city skylines.
This design is a playful solution to regulate sounds
and create smaller areas in big spaces.
The BuzziFalls Rail enables BuzziFalls to be slid with
ease — creating movable room dividers that shift from private
to public space. Running on a single three-meter track, panels
slide from left to right. To create the effect of sliding doors,
install two layers of parallel tracks for the rails. BuzziFalls
can be attached directly to the surface of the track rail or
suspended and exists in a black or white color.

The BuzziResoFuser is designed to improve the audibility
of speech in an enclosed space. Combined with BuzziTile
BuzziResoFuser operates on the basis of the quarter
wavelength system. This means that the BuzziResoFuser must
always be installed ‘alternately’. In this way, the apertures
remain visible at all times. By creating a draughtboard pattern,
the tops and bottoms remain open. The BuzziResoFuser is
attached to the wall with a hook batten.

back of the BuzziResoFuser, it is possible to absorb frequencies
the same level or at differing heights. To determine which
frequencies have to be absorbed in the room, a reverberation

BuzziSpace has always had a penchant for picnics, which is
why it created the BuzziPicNic. This award-winning indoor
table has all the nostalgic design features of a traditional
picnic table. Our love of outdoor living inspired our designers
to create BuzziBreeze, answering the call for an outdoor
workstation that captures the collaborative needs of the
modern workplace. BuzziBreeze is constructed using a powder
coated metal frame, with the top and seat in weather-resistant
hardwood or aluminum. Available: BuzziBreeze High and
BuzziBreeze Low, as well as a special ‘Half’ version, which is

Alice Monnier, founder of Studio FanFan and hotelier at Mas
de L’Amarine, a B&B in the South of France, was looking for a
for both indoor and outdoor use, and expandable when
needed for her guests at the B&B. This resulted in a versatile
table shaped like a comma. One table can host between
a yin yang shape, it can host between six and nine guests.
Its convivial colors and round legs (combined with its fresh
shape) result in a versatile, lively multipurpose table.
