You’ll find 138 merchants including boutiques, specialty
shops, galleries, and restaurants. Stroll around Circle Park
and take a look at the “Circus Ring of Fame” - a sidewalk
commemorating outstanding circus performers. Enjoy
breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one of the many sidewalk
restaurants and cafes. Stick around after sunset and enjoy
St. Armands’ nightlife scene.
Be sure to take note of the classically designed statuary
featured throughout St. Armands. There are 33 statues,
16 of which were purchased by John Ringling in the 1920s
supporting his desire to bring art and culture to the city of
Sarasota. A self-guided walking tour brochure is available at
St. Armands’ businesses as well as near some of the statues.
The St. Armands Circle Association and merchants host
several special events throughout the year including art
and craft festivals, sidewalk sales, exotic car shows, and
special holiday themed events. Visit MustDo.com or
