You’ll notice something else when you
shop in Wrexham. We like to chat. It
comes with being a market town.
We’ve got three covered markets and one
weekly outdoor market in the town
centre, selling everything from sausages
and steak to furniture and fashion. And
the friendly banter is free. Bargain.
The Butchers’ Market, General Market and
People’s Market are open Monday to
Saturday (although the first two do close
early on a Wednesday).
And the weekly outdoor market is held
every Monday. On Queens Square to be
precise. And did we mention it’s one of
the biggest in North Wales?
There’s also various craft and local
produce sold at events across the county
borough. An example? Try the monthly
farmers’ market at St Margaret’s Church in
Garden Village.
