Saheeh Seerah Al Albaanee English

عليهُالسالم paper and he called `Alee to write, and we were sitting in a corner. Then Jibreel
came down (with the Revelation) and said:
‏﴿وَّلَُُتَط ردُُِالَّذِينَُُيَد ع ونَُُرَبَّه مُبِال غَدَاةُُِوَال عَشِ‏ يُُِّي رِيد ونَُُوَج هَهُُُۖمَاُعَلَي كَُُمِن ‏ُُحِ‏ سَاِبِِمُمِّنُشَيءُُوَمَاُ‏
مِن ‏ُُحِ‏ سَابِكَُُعَلَي هِمُمِّنُشَيءُُفَتَط ردَه م ‏ُُفَتَك ونَُُمِنَُُالظَّالِمِنيَُ﴾‏
{And turn not away those who invoke their Lord, morning and afternoon seeking His
Face. Not upon you is anything of their account and not upon them is anything of
your account. So were you to send them away, you would (then) be of the
wrongdoers.} [Surah al-An`aam (6): 52]
Then he ﷺ mentioned al-Aqra` Ibn Ḥaabis and `Uyainah Ibn Ḥiṣn, and said:
‏﴿وَكَ‏ ‏َذى لِكَُُفَتَنَّاُبَع ضَه مُبِبَع ض ‏ُُلُِّيَق ول واُأَهَى ؤ ‏ّلَ‏ ءُُِمَنَُُّاللَّهُُعَلَي هِمُمِّنُبَي نِنَاُُۖ‏ أَلَي سَُُاللَّهُُبِأَع لَمَُُبِالشَّاكِرِينَُ﴾‏
{Thus We have tried some of them with others, that they might say: “Is it these (poor
believers) that Allaah has favored from amongst us?” Does not Allaah know best
those who are grateful?} [Surah al-An`aam (6): 53]
Then he ﷺ said:
‏﴿وَإِذَاُجَاءَكَُُالَّذِينَُُي ؤ مِن ونَُُبِآيَاتِنَاُفَق ل ‏ُُسَالَ‏ مُُعَلَي ك م ‏ُُُۖكَتَبَُُرَبُّك م ‏ُُعَلَىُُنَف سِ‏ هُُِالرَّمح ‏َةَُُُۖأَنَّهُُمَن ُُ عَمِلَُُ‏
مِنك م ‏ُُس وء اُِبَُِهَالَةُُث ‏َُُّتَابَُُمِنُبَع دِهُُِوَأَص لَحَُُفَأَنَّهُُغَف ور ‏ُُرَّحِ‏ يمُ﴾‏
{When those who believe in Our Aayaat come to you, say (to them): “Salaamun
`Alaikum (peace be on you). Your Lord has written Mercy for Himself…”} [Surah al-
An`aam (6): 54]
ﷺ threw the paper away and called us. When we came to him and he ﷺ [Then he
said to us: ❝Salaamun `Alaikum❞]”
He (Khabbaab) said: “Then we got so close to him ﷺ that our knees were touching
his, and the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ was sitting with us. When he ﷺ wanted to get
up, he ﷺ stood up and left us. Then Allaah تعاىل revealed:
