Saheeh Seerah Al Albaanee English

‏﴿وَيَو مَُيَعَضُُّالظَّالِ‏ ‏ُعَلَىُيَدَي هُِيَق ول ‏ُيَاُلَي تَنِ‏ ‏ُاَتََّذ ت ‏ُمَعَُالرَّس ولِ‏ ‏ُسَبِيال ‏ُ*ُيَاُوَي لَّتَىُلَي تَُنِ‏ ‏ُلَ‏ ‏ُأََتَِّذ ‏ُف الَ‏ ن اُ‏
خَلِيال ‏ُ*ُلَّقَد ‏ُأَضَلَّنِ‏ ‏ُعَُنُِالذِّك رُِبَع دَُإِذ ‏ُجَاءَِنِ‏ ‏ُُۖوَكَانَُالشَّي طَان ‏ُلِْل ‏ِنسَانُِخَذ وّل ﴾
{And (remember) the Day when the Ẓhaalim (wrong-doer) will bite at his hands, he
will say: “Oh! Would that I had taken a path with the Messenger! Ah! Woe to me!
Would that I had never taken so-and-so as a friend! He indeed led me astray from the
Reminder (this Qur’aan) after it had come to me. And Shaiṭaan is ever a deserter to
man in the hour of need.”} [Surah al-Furqaan (25): 27-29] 278
Ibn Is-ḥaaq also said: Ubay Ibn Khalaf took an old disintegrating bone to the Prophet
and said: ‘O Muḥammad! Do you claim that Allaah will restore this after it has ﷺ
disintegrated?’ He then crumbled it in his hand and blew it into the air towards the
Messenger of Allaah ﷺ . So he ﷺ replied: ❝Yes, I do say that. Allaah will restore
it and you too, even after you have become like that. Then He تعالى will make you
enter the Fire!❞ And Allaah تعاىل revealed:
‏﴿وَضَرَبَ‏ ‏ُلَنَاُمَثَال ‏ُوَنَسِ‏ يَُخَل قَه ‏ُُۖقَالَ‏ ‏ُمَنُُي يِيُال عِظَامَُوَهِيَُرَمِيم ‏ُ*ُقُ‏ ل ‏ُُي يِيهَاُالَّذِيُأَنشَأَهَاُأَوَّلَ‏ ُ
مَرَّة ُ ‏ُۖوَه وَُبِك لُِّخَل ق ‏ُعَلِيم ‏ُ*ُالَّذِيُجَعَلَُلَك مُمِّنَُالشَّجَرُِاِّل ‏َخ ضَرُِنَار اُفَِذَاُأَنت مُمِّن ه ‏ُت وقِد ونَُ*ُأَُوَلَي سَُ‏
الَّذِيُخَلَقَُالسَّمَاوَاتِ‏ ‏ُوَاِّل ‏َر ضَ‏ ‏ُبِقَادِر ‏ُعَلَىُأَنَُيَ‏ ل قَُُمِث لَه مُُۖبَلَىُوَه وَُاْل ‏َالَّ‏ ق ‏ُال عَلِيم ‏ُ*ُإَِّنََّاُأَم ر ه ‏ُإِذَاُأَرَادَُ‏
شَي ئ اُأَنُيَق ولَ‏ ‏ُلَه ‏ُك نُفَيَك ون ‏ُ*ُفَسب حَانَُالَّذِيُبِيَدِهُِمَلَك وت ‏ُك لُِّشَيء ‏ُوَإِلَي هُِت ر جَع ونَ﴾‏
{And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He (man) says:
“Who will give life to these bones when they have rotted away and became dust?”
Say: (O Muḥammad): “He (Allaah) will give life to them Who created them for the
first time! And He is the All-Knower of every creation!” He, Who produces for you fire
out of the green tree when behold! You kindle therewith. Is not He, Who created the
heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yes, indeed! He is the All-
Knowing Supreme Creator. Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only
278 (Shaikh al-Albaanee said): Reported in “al-Seerah” (1/387) of Ibn Hishaam in a “Mu`allaq” form (i.e. without a
chain of narration). But Abu Nu`aim has narrated this with a connected chain in his “al-Dalaa’il” (401), from his
route, from Muḥammad Ibn Marwaan, from Muḥammad Ibn al-Saaib (in the original it is: al-Musayyib, but it is a
mistake), from Abu Ṣaaleh, from Ibn `Abbaas ‏.رضيُاهللُعنه In that there is a mention of an incident. Al-Suyooṭee also
mentioned it in “al-Durr” (5/68), with a more detailed narration, but it is “Waah” (extremely weak), but it has a
supporting chain from the narration of Sa`eed Ibn Jubair, from Ibn `Abbaas, which will be mentioned later in this
chapter.
