receptionists<br />
Our Exceptional Receptionist training gives our new and existing receptionists help and<br />
support with their role. Enabling them to build their confidence, learn some tips and have<br />
some actions to take back to the practice. This course is both suitable for those joining the<br />
industry for the first time or to refresh their skills.<br />
Training includes a workbook, pen, a USB with useful information from other receptionists and<br />
an exceptional Receptionist badge. The training can take place in-practice or a regional<br />
training event. Packs will be delivered to the practice and it takes approx. 3 ½ hrs to complete.<br />
